5am-5pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Quality Control Technician for a great company in Beloit, IL.
This is an associate to hire role.
Quality Control Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pre-production inspection of production equipment - Daily scale checks and set scales for accurate product weight - Daily x-ray checks - Review QC records for errors - Setup and input date code requirements per product specification - Measure and monitor temperature, weights, moisture, pH, particle size, salt, metal, detection, and other quality checkpoints on a scheduled and as needed basis - Document records of all tests performed during the production run Quality Control Technician Requirements:
- GED/High school diploma - Stand the entire shift (8-10 hours) - Use hands to grasp repetitively - Reach with hand and arms - Regularly lift 10-20lbs and occasionally lift up to 40lbs - Strong basic math skills, and able to read and write - Ability to read and understand English - Able to function in a structure cGMP environment QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
