Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and maximize efficiency in the chemical manufacturing process.
Manage and allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to meet production goals.

Work collaboratively with other departments (logistics, quality, maintenance) to streamline overall operations in the manufacturing sector.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in production management within the chemical industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on manufacturing best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in the context of chemical production.
In-depth knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
