Tasting Room Manager is responsible for supervising all day to day operations in the tasting room.
This includes building brand awareness through social media and other marketing avenues; and exceeding guest expectations by working with and through the staff to enhance sales and customer experience.
Individuals need to be highly organized and not afraid to roll up their sleeves to execute some labor-intensive tasks.
The Tasting Room Manager is also responsible for supporting the achievement of revenue while supervising staff and working to maintain operating expense goals.

Responsibilities ? Tasting Room Manager with the day-to-day activities and running of the business.
? Manage daily open and close processes.
? Maintain social media sites, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
? Ensure tasting room regulations, state and federal alcohol laws are being upheld.
? Respond to all emails and voicemails in a timely manner.
? Coaching, mentoring and overseeing the performance of the tasting room staff.
? Promote teamwork and staff morale.
? Performing hands on duties, direct contact with customers, covering shifts when needed.
? Assist and maintain the winery's cleanliness.
? Assisting with special events as needed.
Job Requirements ? Flexible in hours, available both weekdays, weekends and holidays ? Strong analytical math skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite applications.
Ability to master POS system and other technologies as required.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Professional appearance and demeanor.
? Have your Food Handler's Permit or willing to acquire your Food Handler's Permit.
? Ability to lift 40 lbs.
? Must be willing and able to stoop, bend, and stand for 8-hour periods.
? Must be at least 21 years old.
