Responsibilities:
Assist with organizing and facilitating programs and activities for youth ages 6-18 Ensure a safe and positive climate at all times Implement Boys and Girls Club programming as directed, maintain a high level of enthusiasm, and be supportive and encouraging to all children participating Demonstrate the ability to diffuse problem situations between children Keep accurate records, including time sheets, program attendance, behavior/injury reports, etc.
Education &
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Will consider individuals who have taken early childhood/child care classes Experience with working with children ages 6-15.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
